Download for wcm: drivers for PC
If you are having probelms with the webcamman please :
Unplug the WCM
make sure to install the driver.
Turn off your machine.
Plug the webcamman in.
Restart your computer.
Also make sure you have plugged the webcamman into one of your priamry ports (ie, front or back your PC).

A)You can blow the air into the ball(through any holes) for 1-2 sec and the static will discharge.
